I bought a new eGolf 2015 from Stevens Creek VW last month. The car has 500 miles on it and it's in the shop second time already.
This time the car is in the shop for the last 18 days. I have a case with VW corporate but they are of no help either -- nice words but no action. The Stevens Creek VW dealer is unprofessional and has no regard for its customers. I am looking at my options with CA Attorney General office and BBB to file complaints.
Be very CAREFUL in dealing with VW, and especially with Stevens Creek VW.
Mr. Joe, the operations director at the dealership is useless in addressing customer needs.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
